Children diagnosed with autism need special care. They have unique needs with learning, social skills and communication and learn better with pictures and demonstrations. They thrive in a structured environment, learn faster with visuals, while sensory toys help to engage the child’s senses in a fun way. The Tohumotizm foundation help them into integrate public schools, yet all the while being in a special classroom with special educational equipment.
From May to December 2022, the Çiragan Palace Kempinski in Istanbul collected funds via their hotel guests and opened nine classrooms for autistic children. TheiR solid engagement and team work proves once again that hotel business can make a huge difference in the life of children diagnosed with autism.
